Deep Creek Marina is a diverse riverside community made up of several interconnected neighbourhoods, each with its own governance structure, working together as part of a shared community.

The marina includes three houseboat neighbourhoods, each operating under its own body corporate. The River’s Edgeprecinct, which includes permanent residences, holiday homes, and short-stay accommodation, also operates under its own body corporate. In addition, there is a Community Body Corporate, which oversees shared interests and common areas across the wider Deep Creek Marina precinct.

The Deep Creek Marina Hotel is a standalone freehold business. While independently owned and operated, it shares common areas within the precinct and is an active and valued member of the broader Deep Creek Marina community.

Together, these bodies and stakeholders form a connected community, united by shared spaces, shared responsibilities, and a shared commitment to the long-term wellbeing of the marina and its residents.

Community leadership is supported by Rene Pamount along with community leaders David Booth, Craig Leury, and Jeanette Fenlon.
